this elegantly styled saddle for all levels of dressage. The Ahlerich
dressage saddle is the saddle that Dr. Klimke not only designed but avidly rode and competed with including on his horse for which the saddle is named after, Ahlerich, the 1982 World
Dressage Champion, 1984 Individual and Team Olympic Gold Medallist and the 1985 European Champion.
This is the legendary Dressage Saddle with which olympic victories and world championships have been won. The Ahlerich
dressage saddle has a deep, comfortable, soft seat that is supportive but not constricting, allowing the perfect harmony between horse and rider. Flap design positions rider’s legs correctly. Unique nylon topped billet design provides close contact and saddle stability. Only the best top grade leather from South Germany is used which assures that the seat is comfortable and the saddle is extremely durable. Wool stuffed panels over an original Federbaum with a custom designed Lederkissen with Keilen create a unique custom fit.
Saddle is obtainable with long, short or “V” shaped billets. A foregirth is also available. Procurable in
black or brown, in sizes 16 ½”, 17”, 17 ½”, 18”, and 18 ½” and with a narrow, medium, wide or custom tree. Custom sizes larger than 18 ½” also
