Orders
Question 1 - May I try a saddle out to see if I like it & it fits my horse properly? Answer
: Yes. We want you to be happy & we want you & your horse comfortable. You may try out a saddle for up to 3 days (upon receipt), however, the saddle must be
returned to us in the same condition as it was shipped to you. If there is any damage caused by the shipping company, please notify the shipping company & us immediately in
order that a damage claim may be made. Fox Den Farm - USA, LLC will require a deposit of the entire worth of the saddle prior to shipment for the trial period. The
deposit will be refunded if the saddle is returned to us undamaged. If damage to the saddle occurs, the deposit will be refunded less the cost of repairs for the damage.
Question 2 - May I return an item if it doesn’t fit or its not what I expected? Answer
: Yes, an item may be returned for a full refund however, the cost of shipping the item can not be refunded unless the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake. We
want you to be satisfied with your merchandise and will do everything we can to assure that goal.
